Chaplain's Quote:

"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests but also to the interests of others". Philippians 2: 3-4

"Old Army Cock Company" C-2, the oldest outfit in the Corps of Cadets, traces its lineage back to the 1880's. In 1974, Company C-2 led the way as one of the first companies in the NROTC program at A&M. As a member of C-2, the outfit becomes an integral part of your life. The friendships and camaraderie that develops over your four years, and especially your "fish" year is what makes C-2 special. Tradition, professionalism, and academics are trademarks of Old Army 'C', and motivated, grade-oriented people are the rule rather than the exception. Grades are the top priority in C-2. C-2 is well represented in various Corps and University honor societies, including the O.R. Simpson Corps Honor Society.
